What’s the deal with ordering and shipping?

  • All orders need to be placed by the last day of each month because…
  • Giftd will place all orders on the first business day of each month.
  • All said and done, orders will ship to you no later than the fourth week of each month.

Is international shipping available?

Sorry. We only ship within the continental U.S. (i.e., attached to the North American Continent)

Can I track my order?

Of course! A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Can my shipment be expedited?

All orders will be shipped via Ground, but we’ll do our best! If you have a last-minute request, place your order on the website and be sure to notify your Project or Account Manager, and cc: Giftd at [email protected].

Can I order items that are out of stock?

No! But check back as we regularly update availability.

How do I know which size to order?

Refer to the sizing chart on each item page and check the description to see if it runs large, small, or true to size.

Can I order items that are out of stock?

Product availability is subject to change upon actual placement of order.

Program Attire

How do I know which shirt(s) to wear on my upcoming program?

Check with your Project or Account Manager.

What if I’m added last minute to a program and I don’t have any shirts?

Get on it! Order your uniform on the website and be sure to notify your Project or Account Manager, and cc: Giftd at [email protected].

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know at [email protected] within 30 days of the date you receive the order. Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be in their original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed, clean, with all tags attached.
  • Items returned dirty, damaged, or discontinued cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your expense unless you have received written management approval.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure. Just email Giftd at [email protected] by the last business day of the month BEFORE the order is processed. Otherwise, feel free to return the items for a refund or exchange.

How long does an exchange take?

Exchanges follow the normal ordering cycle. Your new item(s) will be ordered the first business day of each month and shipped out no later than the fourth week of the same month.
